Cookie is such a great book but it is very sad! When her dad gets angry you feel like you are going to cry, but then you remember it's not real. You can imagine it happening in your head while you are reading, and if that happens I think it is a really good book. In the end Cookie and her mother live happily ever after! Just like a fairytale!
